- Shipping Policy
We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORIGINALS, CANVAS AND LIMITED EDITION PRINTS shipped to USA & Canada. These are shipped directly from me. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is calculated and paid before shipping. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import fees or taxes.
SHIPPING FOR Aluminum & Acrylic PRINTS IS CALCULATED BY THE PRINTING COMPANY at checkout.
There are a number of variables that will affect the price of shipping. This makes setting a standard shipping fee structure pretty dang difficult for the printer. The price you see at the check out will be calculated based on weight, quantity and size. Here's what to expect:
Small to Medium Orders $9.95 - $32.95
Medium to Large Orders $46.95 - $56.95
They ship the cheapest route, using USPS and UPS. Shipping dates range from 1-7 business days, depending on distance. Customers will receive tracking number via email as soon as their order has shipped.

I know that your privacy is important to you. It is to me too!! So I will not give or sell your contact information to anyone. It's just for you and me to be in touch.
- Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy
I do everything that I can to ensure the safe arrival of your items, and your being content with what you have received is important to me. If you are not satisfied with your artwork you may return the work in perfect condition for a full refund (including shipping) within 30 days of receipt. You will need to pay return postage.
Please contact me at KristinMogerArt@gmail.com for further return instructions before sending, so that we can resolve the issue. I will give you a return code and an address if the art needs to be returned.
